Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Satvat Holistics! We want you to love our products as much as we love creating them. Since our items are carefully curated natural products, we follow a simple and transparent refund and returns policy.

Returns

  • You can request a return only if the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of natural variations in crystals, or fragrance preference.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and in some cases, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they arrive damaged or defective.
  • For an exchange request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Crystals and natural stones with natural variations (color, shape, or texture differences are normal).
  • Aroma products, essential oils, and blends once opened.
  • Gift cards, coupons, and promotional items.
  • Clearance or sale items.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t been shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
